Our flagship MJ7 unit is designed with sustainability, longevity, and quick efficient maintenance in mind. External pneumatic pinch valves allow for rapid replacements of high wear parts. We’ve designed the unit to only replace small consumables instead of the whole valve or tubing. Tungsten carbide lines components where ever abrasive grain passes through, extending the replacement cycle of those parts. External filters allow the operator to quickly see the conditions of the filter, while keeping the rest of the components wrapped up in a heavy gauge cabinet.
The MJ7 operates via manual control & is designed to operate at pressures 5 to 120psi. Three powder chamber sizes are available, 0.75L, 1.5L & 3.0L.
Optional addons include :
– High pressure capabilities (up to 150 psi)
– Corded hand switch operation (instead of foot switch)
– Custom wrapper paint ( we can match the color of the rest your equipment)
– Puff-less pinch solenoid (sometimes called “constant bleed”)

The powder delivery system featured in the MJ7 is able to handle abrasive powders ranging from 5 micron to 300 micron with extreme precision. The MJ7 does not use an orifice system to deliver the media & therefor won’t clog in the middle of a production cycle. Micro abrasion does not produce heat or vibrations on the work surface & in turn can be used on the most delicate or tough of surfaces.
Many micro abrasive machines on the market deliver a puffing, sporadic or intermittent powder flow to the work area, resulting in decreased productivity and in creasing costs. The MJ7 will deliver the precise and consistent flow necessary for production operations.
The MJ7 can easily be integrated as the powder delivery system of your present automated equipment. Resulting in exact tolerances and reducing your rejection rates.
