Our Abrasive jet machining equipment is designed & manufactured in the U.S.A by International A.J.M Corp engineers with decades of micro abrasive experience. Our machines handle all popular particle sizes of abrasive powder and operates at & up to 150 psig or other gas pressure.
Abrasive Jet Machining (AJM) equipment differs from conventional grit blasting devices in that the abrasive powders are much finer in particulate size & tighter grading parameters (capable of utilizing particulates ranging from 7μm – 200μm). Combined with our spiral feed delivery system, it allows the operator granular adjustment & control parameters such as media flow, air pressure, and nozzle size to suit their specific application. Creating one of the most efficient & dynamic devices for abrading, cutting, de-burring, etching & cleaning.
All of our equipment features a mechanical spiral feed system that introduces micro graded powders into a dry air or inert gas stream. The media can be discharged at velocities of approximately 1000 fps (feet per second) to strike the work piece.
We offer heavy duty foot switch, optional direct wire to your production control system, and/or manual over ride switch available.
