Light Duty Industrial Components
( For MJ7 0.75 L Equipment )

In order to produce the best results consistently while maximizing powder efficiency we recommend you “step down the ID of the carbide”. Meaning; from the powder chamber to the hand piece you continuously go down in ID size. The front panel fitting from the chamber is sized at 0.109″, the ID in the pinch valve may be 0.075″. You would then want a carbide connector below 0.075″. And a nozzle below the size of the connector. The mix up usually happens when using crossing lite duty & heavy duty components. Mainly around the pinch valve to hand piece. This will cause the pinch fittings to wear prematurely. So be aware of what set up you have when changing nozzle sizes. Our staff will gladly assist you in your replacement part needs.
